Spec Savers (Centurion Mall) has tried to confirm benefits and put in a claim with you as I went for eye testing on Thursday evening. Friday they submitted everything to you but have been informed that I am not on the Bestmed system and I am not active. However, I have been with you since Feb 2012 and this year I have changed my option to Pace 1...? Why can they not submit the claim. I went in again on Saturday - still nothing from Bestmed. Yesterday (Monday) they phone me and ask me to call Bestmed to sort out the issue as yesterday again, Bestmed tells them I am no longer valid on the Bestmed system? Needless to say, Spec Savers cannot order anything and this is now hanging in the air?? Why must I sort this out...? Your system cannot trace me? Yet when I go to the Dr or collect medication - everything goes through successfully? Please urgently assist here as I have had no feedback from your "service" e-mail address neither! And SpecSavers needs to submit this and get the spectacles ordered... I work in the service industry and this is not really good service at all???
