I have had a couple of unpleasant experiences with Bestmed since January 2013:

I paid for my contact lenses and submitted a claim via [Email Removed] as I always did in the past. After hearing nothing for almost 5 weeks, I phoned Bestmed only to be informed that I need to submit to PPN. Could Bestmed not at least have responded to my original e-mail?

I also needed pre-approval to see a specialist and have a number of tests done. After phoning the Bestmed call centre I was informed to speak to Prime Cure. Prime Cure in turn said I should speak to Bestmed. I then submitted the approval request by e-mail to [Email Removed] on 01 Feb 2013. No response yet. As a result I had to cancel my appointment with the specialist.
