I would like to take the oppertunity th thank Bestmed Medical scheme for their continiously profesional service. Tiena nuwenhuizen you are the heart beat of bestmed. Always there as a manager to walk the mile tosolved the problem. last week i struggle to work through a misunderstanding between the specialist and accounts and tina was on the foreground like always toe assist. and she manged again to solved the problem. and my account is paid up in full.

Again Today Bestmed was again like a hero. Yesterday my child swallowed a coin and was late yesterday afternoon admitet to hospital. they removed the coin. This Morning Leanna at pre-auth assist me. Once again it feels like a Best Med family. Very profesional. She first wants to know before business that if the child is out of danger and if the child is fine. Then she assist me further without any problems me to Authorisation.

Thankyou Bestmed. Like always. Dosn't matter who, where or what you are there. I know that my family is very safe in your health care service.

Keep up with the good work you deliver it will defintely bring the fruits forward
