Feb 2013 Applied for a plan at Bonitas... March and April absolutely no sound from them.
Mailed the person I did the application with no response YET lo and behold 1April I get double debited.

Now I would like to know WHY I haven't received any paperwork via post or email and WHY the was i double debited... WHOSE FAULT is that!!!

Paid for 2 months medical aid yet I have not heard a single thing from you... no medical aid card no medical aid number, so infact I am paying for something I am not using NOR do I know what the I'm paying for as I havent received anything from you.

absolutely disgusted with the pathetic service and no follow up.
