I have been applying for a authorisation number at Bonitas but have heard nothing back from them. I called them to ask what the status is and one person give me one story the other person gives me a different story. I still haven't heard back from them and it has been almost 3 weeks now. When I was admitted in hospital I had to pay for everything. I have also been sending them emails but I get no response. I have been on the Bonitas medical plan for 2 months now and haven't received my medical card. This is extremely bad service from them.
