I have emailed queries to claims@discovery and helpinfo@discovery but all I get is a reference number. Please advise why our Neurosurgeon and Orthopaedic Surgeon were both paid on a code 70 - No authorisation and yet other doctors were paid 100%, (for a laminectomy) this has been going on since 14.2.2013 and i cannot understand how some doctors are paid in full and two paid on code 70???
