Claims submitted twice - no response - paid self

On 10 June 2013 i went to Pta East hospital. I paid money myself at casualties.
I have submitted the claims twice, received two ref no and no response:
* 2894107883
* 2886334485
Only emails that Pta East would be paid and as far as i know, i paid the account before i left. My payment should be refunded to me.

This sort of service happened before as well. Had to submit the claims more than once and then i get the response that they are extremely busy. No wonder doctors do not want to do business with Discovery directly.

Poor service and no feedback. Wonder how doctors wait for their money.
