Where is my MSA money

My wife was booked into hospital on 09/01/2013 and authorisation was obtained procedurally, she was discharged on 21/01/2013.During her stay in hospital she was seen by various medical practitioners on a daily basis, I then realised that these Doctors/Pathologist are already submitting claims to discovery which were paid from my MSA account, I made calls to Discovery call centre and was informed that this claims need to be paid from the hospital benefits. I requested a reversal to be made on all claims paid from MSA account during my wife's stay in hospital, I was given a reference number and assured that the matter will be sorted within 4 days, few days later after no calls from Discovery, I called on 4/2/2013 and again was informed that they are still investigating why the claims were paid from MSA account and that I will get a call later, that never materialised.
My MSA account has been depleted due to this claims being out through from MSA account. I can confirm that one or two claims have been reversed but not all of them. All I request is the right thing to be done.
