I have been struggling with Discovery since October 2013 to get three doctors registered for the PMB benefit for my daughters cerebral palsy. The 1 doctor has been approved, but, I am still waiting for them to approve the first account for this specific doctor. I sent the applications for all three doctors at the same time yet I had to send the application forms for the Physiotherapist and the Orthopaedic surgeon 3 times. On Friday 27 Dec 2013 @ around 15:00, I made a phone call to Discovery once again. The operator then said he was going to phone me back. He did so 10 minutes later, but with the wrong information. He then informed me that he was going to phone me back again after "1 Minute" but never did so.

Every time they asked me for further information, ie. Progress reports, Motivational letters from the doctors, quotes etc... I sent it them.

The last incedent was when they asked me for billing codes. I sent them the codes. Then they asked me which one of the codes should they use, I answered them with the info they required. the next day, they sent me the exact same email asking for only one code.

I am now fed up with Discovery.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO JUST GET AN ANSWER
