I submitted my claims to Bankmed on the 28th of May for consultation fees that I paid at the gynaecologist. The gynaecologist insisted that I pay cash because he does not want the hassle of following up with the medical aid for payment. From February I have been paying cash and submitted my claims to Bankmed for payment. According to Bankmed, the money for the consultation will come out of the Baby and Me benefit.
Every week I follow up with Bankmed and every time I call I tell me that payment will be made into my account on Friday because they have a batch that runs every weeks and 6 weeks later I have not received my money. I am highly disappointed with the level of service I have received from Bankmed. I want the money deposited into my account ASAP. This is totally unacceptable!!
