I filed a claim to discovery for a dentist that I had to pay. After I sent them the invoice, the claim was declined as they said they did not received the invoice (which was included in the email I sent). No one contacted me to tell me this. I had to call them to find out what is going on. This was settle and they said themoney will be in my account within 3 working days. After 5 working days I phoned again to find out that the payment was declined as they did not have the correct banking details. Again no one called me to tell me this. They are very fast to let you know if your payment hasnt gone through, but it you claim, no one will notify you as to what is going on. I still havent even received a ref number for this.
