Bruised and disappointed over poor maintenace

I visited the Fire and Ice branch in Cape Town on Saturday (06/04/2013) to try out the milkshakes etc based on numerous recommendations. After settling the bill, my boyfriend and i walked back to our car along the deck outside the front door. I ended up falling into a hole in the wooden slats next to the loungers. I bruised my leg quite badly. Fortunately I didn't break any bones, and I think its ridiculous that an establishment such as yours would allow such poor maintenance of your facilities. The section should have been blocked off. Even worse, was the fact that we had to stop at a garage to get ice for my injuries. I'd be surprised if I were the first person to trip, and if I was, I suggest you attend to the problem soon, before a more fatal injury occurs.
