Pathetic!

Following my previous complaint, I managed to sort out the outstanding balance matter myself. The agreement was that the instruction with the debt collection agency will be retracted - based on the facts of the matter - and that I will pay the outstanding balance directly to BestMed. I was to make two payment. In November and December 2012 I made two payment of R260. This means that the amount of R520 has been settled. Today, 15 January 2013 the debt collecting agency called me to tell me that if I do not make payment in 7 days they will take my ID number and black list me. A threat yet again! Does BestMed care about the service they offer? Do you care whether you suffer reputational damage? You have 7 days!!
