Staff bad language

I was horrified, I walked into the store and was just browsing around, when the two young ladies that were working and chatting at the front desks.

1. None of them offered me the courtesy of greeting a customer, nevertheless I did say good morning, and proceeded to browse the good on display.
2. None of them offered to assist me or tell me please feel free to ask for assistance if I needed any.
3. Then I heard the vulgar language which formed part of their conversation between themselves, initially I thought I heard incorrectly, but they confirmed when they proceeded with the fowl language.

I have never heard this in any store in my life and was actually put off from making a purchase and just went to another supplier and made my purchase.
