Caledon spa below average

Very disappointed with caledon hotel and Spa. I found it below average. staff is very unfriendly. dirty room service plates line the passage & it seems that no one bothers to pick them up. I saw employees working right pass them. gown & towels are supposed to be charged to your account & then reversed when you return them. Yet no one asked me for my room number when I took them and when I returned them..no wander I saw guest that checked out carrying the gown to their cars. The spa is full of kids using the spa pools as swimming pools & not relaxation pools. I even saw a child in an inflatable boat in the floating pool!! The spa clearly says no food & drinks and yet I saw a whole family carry pick and pay packets with 6 2 litre of soft drinks and chips & other food in the spa. They went on top & the security even helped them carry the bags & even got them umbrellas and lounger to make their picnic more enjoyable!!! I felt disappointed that some people pay so much money to enjoy the facilities as a spa and others are so disrespectful towards the rules and regulations. Also it says no parking at drop off zone but when I got there cars were parked all over and stayed their all night
