I placed a telephonic order with the Nando's Brach in Cavendish square. When i got to the restuarant i asked the casher Monica she could put the 2 orders seperatley as i needed to pay for it seperatley. It was quater chicken and cold slaw and 2nd order was quater chicken meal. She said no. I then asked again very politely and again she said no it cant be done. I then said "i am sure it can be done as it was done before" ( baring in mind that she rung it up on the system already) i failed to believe that she could cancel the first purchase and ring it up seperately. She got very upset walked away and abruptly said something to Linda her colleague but in there own language. Linda then told me it is a long process. Once again. I worked at Topic and its actually very simple. After she done what i have requested which took her no less than 5min i asked her what was her colleagues name. LInda ignored me. Then i asked 3 times after that and then she replied " hold on" she went to her colleague and in there own language spoke a few words until her colleague turned around to me said something in there language and pointed out her badge. The colleague was Monica. ( 3rd language)
