Cursing in front of clients

I was at the Engen filling station and went in for a pizza at Debonair's and a steers burger.
While I waited i saw the fishaways booth in the corner and i walked over to have a look at the menu.
I was halfway there (almost where the wet floor sign is due to the leaky aircon) when I heard the most offensive language i've heard in quite some time.

At first i thought it might be a client, but then i saw the guy standing behind the counter with his back towards me, so obviously, not a client.

Apparently he is a delivery man or something similar as he walked out with a order and had a name tag on.
As he was rushing past i caught the name "Derek" on his nametag.

Not only did the two ladies think he was quite amusing and laughed with him, they did not reprimand him or even warn him of a potential customer being right behind him as he went ahead with "Ma se P03$ this and Ma se P03$ that.

Not acceptable!!!

alone knows where the manager was hiding. forbid that Derek is the manager.
Then you might as well close the doors and go home.
