Excellent customer service

I was driving past and noticed a new stationery store has opened up in Olympia, so I decided to stop and have a look at the store and I needed a few office supplies.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by the sales staff on duty, the young man extended his courtesy to me by saying that should I need any assistance I must please feel free to ask for help, I thought to myself Wow! am I in Namibia?

I was concluding the purchase at the till point and the staff engaged in conversation with me, not as per the normal interrogation questions I often have to field off like 'is that your natural hair? Where you come from etc... but instead 'what a lovely day it is, how did you find out about us, we would like to see you again etc.

I walked out of that store with the intention of telling my friends and family and returning as well.
