Terrible Service - Shouting at customers

We had a few bad experiences with hotel staff being rude and decided to report a serious instance to the manager. One of the head staff refused to open the glass security door on our level for us as we had forgotten our access key. We are residents in the building which is both a residential and hotel facility. She told us she couldn't open the door and provide us access to our home, slammed the door in our faces and then laughed from the other side. Upon reporting this to the front office manager he continued to tell us he couldn't deal with the issue. The general manager shouted at me and told me to "get out of his reception" and also physically hurt my hand purposefully. We were treated like we were the guilty party and embarrassed in front of the hotel staff & restaurant staff and customers. In addition he threatened me with the police and called security to remove me because I shouted at him for being inefficient and unwilling to help us. The situation became very heated, but nonetheless this man did nothing to calm the situation and in fact escalated the situation with his physical and verbal actions. The Hotel Staff are a negative component to an otherwise beautiful facility
