No Kosher meals Avalible after 3 days

My Husband has been booked into Fourways Hospital by his specialist and today is day 3 of him being there and there is STILL no Kosher meals available for him. Before He was even booked in I personally went to the kitchen to order his meals for the day and the next and the manager assured me that the meals would be there by Lunchtime. He was served nothing for lunch and at supper was told his food had not arrived and was given a banana and yogurt. I called Ms Elsie and spoke to her (hospital manager) and she said she would look into it, she organized a halal meal for him which he ate since he was starving and had not eaten a meal for 24 hours already. She told him the situation was sorted and his food would be there the next day. The next morning it was a banana, yogurt and croissant on offer. At lunch another halal meal was presented and the same for supper. I went to see sister Cooke and she was shocked the situation was not resolved and promised to sort it out. Today is day 3 and he was just given a banana and yogurt again along with an apology by Mr Baard. None of which is good enough for a 140kg man. Why is there no Kosher meals available for Kosher patients?
