Incorrect lense supplied

I recieved my new multifocals on 27.02.13. Great until I realised the one lense was not right, to be able to read anything in front of me through the center part of the lense I had to turn my head to the left. I returned to the Bethlehem branch where they (Marc) tested the new lenses and reported that the lense had been incorrectly fitted / made. The staff are very friendly and returned the glasses to the lab in Johannesburg to be corrected. I still haven't received my glasses back, apparently they have been up and down to Johannesburg 3 times already, Twice they came back exactly the same and the last time I enquired I was told that the lense had been cracked by the lab and they had to make a new one. I spoke to Marc early this morning and he reported that the glasses had arrived yesterday with exactly the same problem they were returned for AGAIN. I am a freelance cameraman and if I can't see properly my work suffers and I lose jobs. I NEED MY NEW GLASSES!!!
