Repair center damages Prada glasses

Hi,

My Prada Sunglasses fell off in May, I returned to the store who sent me to the repair center, they sent my glasses away for a new.
5 weeks later I receive my glasses with scratched lenses.
I send the glasses back after contacting the store and repair center and receiving a mail appologuising and accepting responsibility for the damage, 4 weeks later my glasses return with a badly bent frame.
I return to the store and the repair center collect my glasses and return it a week later with a scratched lense again.

After leaving a messge with the helpful reception I am contacted by Ivena Bantam from the repair center who advises that they will no longer assist in replacing or repairing the Prada sunglasses and not take responsibility for the scratched lense. She advised that I take this to my lawyers and forward them a letter so their lawyers may respond. I was given an email address for Paul Berite that returns undelivered.

I cannot believe that this is the service received from the Sunglass hut repair center. All my waybills sent to the repair center clearly state no damage and my glasses are returned damaged.

The store advised that "the buck stops with Ivena"
