Pharmacist won't supply a script

I entered pharmacy to get a script a month ago. The man without hair makes up the aqueous cream mixture prescribed to remove the pigmentation on my skin due to overdose of chlorine in the pool where I teach kids to swim. He says they are out of stock of other items.

I returned a 2 months later as skin is worse. I haven't heard from them. The young black hair pharmacist first can't read the script, then tells me its an antihistiman is the one item which I am already taking allergics. the other item is quarterzone cream. I ask him to phone doctor as infection is now internal aswell as on the skin. He phones and tells me I need to see doctor first. That will cost R360 consultation and R100 petrol just to get R30 quarterzone tablets. I refuse and he refuses to give me the quarterzone cream and continues to serve another customer.
Results in me not sleeping with the pain. Luckily a friend had suggested I take adcodermed and that eases my pain.
Pharmacy is only interested in money and doesn't care about the person who is in pain.
