No needles with insulin and incompeten pharmacist

I am a diabetic and very I'll at home with a kidney infection, my doctor sends me a new script. I send someone to collect the script and she returns with a new insulin, which they can see I have not had. They send no needles for the pen. The new insulin is white and not clear as all my past insulins. Knowing you cannot use frozen insulin.
This spurs me to phone the pharmacy and a young girl answers and I ask to speak to the pharmacist. She tells me they are all busy, so I explain my problem she then says she will ask a pharmacist. A black persons voice responds to her and says check the fridge as it can only be the fridge that is to cold. Someone ekes talks to her and then I hear them dealing with other clients and I am left on the phone for five minutes, she comes back to me and tells me the pharmacist says I must bring it back tomorrow. I then explain I am very sick and I need to use this insulin immediately, I need to speak to a pharmacist. She then says sooty all pharmacists are busy with clients and they will phone me back. This I have done with this company before and I have never had a call back and have had to call back or generally get the info elsewhere. UNACCEPTABLE
