I received very poor service from this supplier. I did make them aware of my experience prior to their request on feedback of my experience with them. I raised the issues that i experienced and below is the response received when this supplier :
"Dear Novin
Thank you kindly for your feedback.
No company will ever replace torn lenses as lenses tare due to client negligence and for no other reason what so ever. Also as per our "Terms and Conditions", we do not exchange any products. However as an extended courtesy to you, we replaced a pair of lenses at no charge.
Further to that we advised you of the error YOU made when ordering your contact lenses. Why would you even think of changing from what you were prescribed by your Optometrist? You are no expert in the Eye care field?
Having said that, we are pleased to hear that you will not be ordering from us again as we prefer you can be some other companies problem. We have thousands of satisfied clients around the country and will use our energies to server them better.
