WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR CONTACT LENSES

On the 10th of June, I ordered a pair of contact lenses from the Spec Savers in Mokopane. They advised me that they do not keep stock of my specific brand, and it would need to be ordered. Once the lenses have arrived, they would contact me.

By Wednesday the 26th of June, I had not received any feedback from the branch and went to find out what the hold up was. They never ordered the contact lenses, and would only be ordering them that afternoon.

On Monday the 1st of July I went to follow up and no contact lenses. On Wednesday, 3rd of July, I phoned the store myself, and the lenses were in Pretoria. Today I followed up again, and they have still not arrived.

I have been waiting for close to a month for a box of contact lenses.

This is unacceptable!
