I ordered a pair of trail lenses (was told to wait2weeks) by end week 3 I had heard nothing from them&popped into the shop to see what was going on, they had arrived&someone "forgot" to contact me. I them tore one of the lenses by accident&returned to the shop to find a solution, they again had no stock of my lenses&would "emergency order"for me, they gave me a lens that is not of correct size, strength&make, so that I could at least see while my order was being placed. I once again waited&waited for the call that new lenses have arrived&3weeks later once again had to go into the store, only for them to search for my file for 10min, only to find that EMERGENCY ORDER was never even placed, the blame was shifted to the person ordering the lenses, who ironically was not in that day, the explanation was because this person is so often absent orders sometimes slip through the system? how is this my problem? in the mean time I have been wearing incorrect lenses supplied by them, damaging my eyes&again have been given a pair that are incorrect while I wait for my new set- I have worn the new set for 1 day and have a terrible eye infection resulting from all the rubbing&scratching of lenses
