DOCTOR shouting at patient for an innocent mistake

My fiance was in a car accident and from the car accident went straight to Medicross Randburg. After seeing a doctor when she went back to her car it wouldn't start!

So when I got there i tried seeing if I could get the car to start, and whilst my fiance is standing next to me with her neckbrace on out of nowhere one of the doctors come up to us and literraly starts shouting at us!! Saying things like "I am so sick and tired of this, its the 3rd time today someone has parked in my parking" "how can you guys be so stupid to park in a doctors parking" "we must push our car out of here or else she is going to have it towed" "We're both young enough to look as stupid as we are!! " (I'm a civil engineer?)

My response to her was that if it happens so often why don't they use there inniotive and put up a sign saying doctors parking? (Her response was, "isn't it obvious that THESE are the doctors parkings? ") Well clearly not especially after a car accident!

And to top it off, 3 security guards afterwards stand like 5 meters away from us mocking my fiance because she has a neckbrace on and can't walk properly?

I emailed Medicross asking for this doctors name and got no response!
