Not happy about the policy

I took the policy (policy number: 1027666) about a year ago, and I hardly go to the doctors, but two of the members that are under my policy could not get help from the doctors that they claim are the network of doctors, firstly my partner went to see one of those doctors in PMB KZN and she was told that they do no longer take essentailmed, but because she was sick she had to pay cash for that visit, and the next appointment the same thing happened,
My younger brother went to see in KwaMashu durban from the list that they said was they network of doctors and he was told they no longer except essential med, I called them trying to find out about this and they told me that they will call that doctor and ask what was the problem and they will get back to me but they did not, I have been waiting because I want to know what is happening I need answers.
They said if you see a doctor you can claim the doctors fee back from the policy, so I did fill the claim form last week, and emailed it with the doctors receipts, but I haven't heard from them and not refunded, and now i am canceling the policy with them and I would like to be refunded the claim I put through.
