Really bad Service

I have been struggling to get service from anyone. Even a supervisor... I'm in so much pain and no one is helping me. I have been struggling to any service for two months. I get wrong information. I'm the one that's calling all the time, I need to see a specialist they told me they are waiting for a response from my Dr. But when I phoned my Dr he said he hasn't received anything. Why is everyone ignoring me. I'm going to move to a new medical aid. I can't be with a medial aid that u need to wait for two months to get a respond. No one is going the extra mile to help me. This is to all having a medical aid discovery health is the worse. I'm posting this on Facebook as well.
