I have used Optipharm for 5 years to get my chronic meds delivered to my Dr. I normally get a monthly sms to say the meds have been despatched. I havent had a sms for 2 months, and for the past month have been phoning to ask where my meds are. First they denied receiving the prescription from my Dr (they had to fax it over 5 times until Optipharm finally acknowledged last Monday 18 March that they had received the fax). I was promised that my meds would arrive by this wednesday (tomorrow 27 March) I still had no sms, so I phoned yesterday only to be told the last time I had phoned in according to their system was Dec last year. So, again I had to ask for my chronic meds. Joey said that she had asked Yusuf to put the prescription through as urgent, I phoned again this morning and spoke to Prudence again, who said she was going to mark it urgent-though it already had been. I am absolutely beyond disgusted. I cant run after Optipharm continuously like this I am having sleepless nights worrying about my meds running out which will be in the next few days. I have asked to speak to a Supervisor and have been fobbed off continuously. My next step will be legal action. Sort yourselves out!!
