YET AGAIN OPTIPHARM STUFFS UP

I have reported Optipharm's FOUL service on Hello Peter before and despite many promises from them that things will be rectified THEY STILL CANNOT GET ANYTHING RIGHT!

My CHRONIC medications delivered a week later than they should've been, these are CHRONIC medications NEEDED EVERY DAY
My wifes chronic medications still not delivered THESE ARE ALSO CHRONIC medications.
We have also repeatedly asked that all meds are delivered together, same delivery address, same medical aid / Optipharm account number but they cannot even get this right! So instead of doing 1 delivery they are doing 2 or 3, how is this saving anyone any money at all?
WILL OPTIPHARM PAY OUR MEDICAL / HOSPITAL BILLS SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO EITHER OF US DUE TO LATE DELUVERY OF MEDS? I think not somehow.
Spectramed also needs to look at their service provider Optipharm, more like a non service provide
