SMS's vs Accounts

Why does Lancet send me an SMS stating that my account is part paid/outstanding, then you ask ME to phone YOU with a reference number??? You have my cell number, land line number, email address and postal address so why don't you call me?? Better still, what happened to the old fashioned way of sending the good old paper detailed account with details such as amount charged, amount paid/not paid by medical aid, shortfall etc., etc.,??? Why?. Three days ago I called your number given to me in the SMS, I requested an account to be emailed to me as "the postal service is not reliable these days" so the lady said. Three days ago, and still no email, no snail mail, but you guys are QUICK to threaten blacklisting!!!
