Threatening sms uncalled fo

Earlier this year I accompanied my wife to conduct 2 tests at Lancet and was advised that our medical scheme will pay for one of them. We paid the other by debit card and that was that.
Months later we receive a request from Lancet asking for payment for another test that was not authorized by us.
We only requested 2 tests and that was paid for.
A copy of the receipt and bank statement was sent through.
Now we are being hounded with threatening sms by itcba to make payment or legal action will follow.
So we as consumers must be strong armed into paying for something we know nothing about.
When a lady from itcba called, she said she will email me the reports she has.
Nothing was emailed and now an sms was received.
Why should we now be forced to pay for something simply because legal action is being threatened even though theres no signed document showing the alleged test was requested.
Don't bully the small man. Its disgraceful and distasteful.
Not the 1st bad experience with Lancet and I was advised by friends to rather use another lab due to Lancets incompetence.
Send me the documentation as promised and we will go forward from there but desist from the threatening
