No account received, only notice of overdue accoun

I received a notice of overdue account tonight from Lancet dated 18/10/2013 for payment of R580.31 that I do not know for what this was or the date this was for, as I never received any account until this notice of overdue account. I am disgusted to receive this letter informing me that this account will be handed over to their external collections agency. TRY 1ST SENDING ME THE ACTUAL ACCOUNT, AS I ALWAYS PAY ALL MY ACCOUNTS IN ADVANCE BEFORE DUE DATE. The best way to ensure anyone receiving an account is by phoning, sending a sms & e-mail the account to ensure the client receives it, as the post office services is unreliable. E-mail the account to me so I can see the date & for what I am paying the R580.31 for, so payment can be made. The account better not be from July 2013, as I went into the laboratories at Parkview shopping Centre twice a week for 6 weeks where I had my treatment at the DBC Centre to ask the receptionist at Lancet where my account is, to be told it will be posted. After 6 weeks, I gave the receptionist my telephone number & e-mail address & told her it had to be e-mailed to me so I can make payment ASAP.
