Don't eat at the Michealangelo Lounge after 22:00

After calling to find out whether or not the kitchen was open for a late night meal, we were told it was and that the full menu was available, only to arrive there and discover that the smaller late night evening menu was available.
We ordered 2 burgers and 2 salads. We waited over 1 hour to receive our food, which on arrival was cold. Upon receiving our bill, we discovered that the 750ml bottle of sparkling water we ordered, bottled not in the Italian, Swiss or French Alps, but in Johannesburg, costs R58. What a slap in the face, what terrible service and how awful a delivery from what is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Aught to be ashamed serving cold chips and burgers.
