No customer value - small burgers, same price

My fiance and I are very loyal to Steers. We purchase at least once a week for our treat takeaway night. For this reason, we have a very good idea of what to expect when it comes to the size of the burgers and the value normally offered by the franchise. Unfortunately this has clearly changed. We ordered a cheese Steer burger and chips and a King Steer burger and chips last night, and we both noticed that your burgers are getting smaller, with less toppings and smaller rolls and yet you charge the same price. Both these burgers are supposed to be your flagship burgers, yet my cheeseburger was the same size as a budget cheese burger from McDonalds for half the price. The King Steer burger was also definitely smaller than a Big Mac. The franchise has been criticized for becoming too expensive and less affordable, so you introduced some great specials (such as the double cheese slice burger) to address this, but now it appears as if your cost cutting is creeping into your main product line. Now we're getting smaller burgers for the same price. With less customer value, it will certainly make us rethink where we buy our burgers in future. Very disappointing.
