Sub-standard service

Reception staff is dishonest and extremely dis-empowered to service the "High-end" or Platinum customers, the cocktails were pathetic in taste and made from sour milk, the waitress had a don't care attitude, the steak at dinner was raw and could not be eaten or was not taken back. YET THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE US FOR ALL OF THE CONSUMABLES THAT WAS NOT CONSUMED
