Bad, cold food

Thursday night we went to KFC for supper and it was the least appetizing meal I've ever bought at this KFC. I stay in Bellville, but I drove all the way to the branch in KFC because I always get good quality food there. Last night i was grossly disappointed.

We got there at about 19:50 and ordered 3 Colonel burger meals and a classic streetwise meal. The fillets on the burgers were bone dry, tough and completely inedible and before we even left the drive through the chips were cold. There were no serviettes in the bag and even though we ordered four meals, there were only three packets of tomato sauce, even though I asked the cashier for extra sachets.

I'm really, really disappointed and will definitely think twice before I drive all the way to that branch.
