I've had enough!!!

Last night (31/10/2013) I ordered dinner for my family at 8pm, by 9pm it had not arrived, i phoned them and an half an hour later (9h30pm) i received the order.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers 1 (ONE) with chips and a vienna. I did not get annoyed and still joked with Management about a discount for being late... hahaha
However the guy delivered the order and guess WHAT, NO chips but i paid my full bill!!!
What upsets me most is the Manager didn't bother to call me back last night, then i phone today to find out manager on duty and NOW he wants to talk to me, this could have been sorted out last night... I want my money back and i will never order from that branch again. I live less than a kilometre away and it took and hour and a half to get the food to me with NO chips!
The service has just gotten worse and worse, i love the food, it's the best in town, but heck i'll rather drive my own petrol out to get better service..
I used to order from them every 2nd week but the service is just really poor lately... And i'm actually sorry i didn't complain earlier, perhaps i would have gotten better service...
