Chemo paid from MSA incorrectly!!! No MSA left!!!

My dad is a Discovery Health member and on the oncology benefit as he was diagnosed with renal carcinoma, stage 4 last year. He has been on chemotherapy from about April last year and still receiving treatment. An error occurred and in November 2012/January 2013 (there is conflicting information as to which
month it occurred) his chemo med was paid from his MSA instead of the oncology benefit. Just over R33 000, 00. On querying this Discovery Health they confirmed that it was an error and that an MSA cost adjustment would be actioned. This was confirmed in Feb and 7 weeks later it is still not done. The feedback that I have received early Feb was that there is a signature outstanding on the request and until this is done the cost adjustment cannot be actioned. To date, this is the same status on the query. I have contacted Discovery Health on 9 occasions this year, in this regard. The contacts have been as follows: 7 Feb at 13h40 Lulu; 11 Feb at 09h20 Irfaan; 27 Feb; 1 Mar at 11h43 Natalie; 8 Mar at 13h03 Shana; 18 Mar at 11h10 Darrel; 20 Mar at 16h45 another Samantha The amount is just over R13, 000 (thirteen thousand rand). I can't believe that it takes this long to get a signature
