Terrible treatment of a patient!!!

My husband arrived at the casualty/trauma unit on Wednesday the 13th of March in excruciating pain. He was seen to by a Dr Richards who was very helpful, prescribed some medication and gave my husband an admission letter for Thursday morning to see a Dr Naidoo. When he arrived on Thursday morning he was admitted and sent through to ward A. On arrival at Ward A the nurse (Dinah) called Dr Naidoo who advised her that he does not know anything about this patient and why did they admit this patient without informing him first etc. (not caring that the patient is in severe pain) he ordered them to send him back to casualty even though he had already been there on Wednesday. He sat at casualty until 2:45pm had an MRI done. He was then taken back to the ward and the Dr saw him. My husband could not really chat to him as he was having physio, this is after waiting to see him the whole day. Dr Naidoo left left without chatting to my husband properly. after physio my he asked to see the doctor again and was told he is in theatre.1 min later the Dr comes storming in saying that he cant deal with a patient as difficult as my him & that he does not NEED to see him. He must get himself another D
