EXHAUSTED WITH NO WAY TO GO ON. UNFAIRNESS

This is too much for me now. Discovery messed up with my daughters Oncology and payments since 2011. After numerous complaints and reversals it is still not corrected. I must now face lawyers and be responsible for payments that was supposed to be paid out from the Hospital Benefit to the docter and Discovery decided because i owe them money for their mistake to deduct the money and pay the docter only R795.22. The bill was for almost R3000.00. I cant go on like this i must sign letters and this is not fair. National Health kept on taking my savings and did not wait for oncology to pay them. According to my knowledge they were part of a deal with Discovery for ALL cancer patiers. They want me to claim money back from National Health!!! I owed them money because if was been put in the above threshold and i did not even know that all the enquiries i made cost me that much money. please please can somebody help me i am exhausted. They must pay the money to the docter not me. i did not owe them anything. HOW CAN THEY TELL ME I OVE THEM MONEY FROM 2011 IF THE DOCTER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID IN SEPTEMBER 2012. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS. I AM SO EXHAUSTED THIS IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE.
