How many letters do u have to send

I'm so fedup with Discovery. Jan my Gp sent a letter for me to see a ENT specialist. I haven't received feedback and my doctor send one today again. I called dicovery they said its still processing. My Gp called this morning. I have to wait again. I'm so fedup with the service delivery. I had to rebook and call the ent to cancel appointments due to not getting the auth. How difficult can this be. Been with discovery for 3 years and I cannot handle the hassels anymore. I'm reconsidering this medical aid... too much fuss and
