Not granting a gyneacologist appointment

Good day.

I was at my doctor on 2 aug 2013 and asked for a reference letter to a in house gyneacologist. My doctor knew my problems and did excamine me since I was not at a gynea for 4 years now and she wrote the letter and fax it to Discovery.

Today the 7 Aug 2013 discovery sent us a sms. They are not going to pay for the visit because my regular doctor can do the excamination. How is my doctor going to se if I have endimitrioses or sists on my overies and why must we always have to grovel at the big that is discovery these days.

Why can't they just do something without a fight. This is not a big issue but for discovery everything must be.

What is to do in such a situation?
