I was referred to the Specialist surgeon by my Gp, to remove a callus and a ward from my daughters foot and hand and the hospital auth was declined, my child is 9 years old and cannot walk with this thing on her foot it is pain full how can discovery decline this, the GP has also tried to remove the ward in his rooms before but t was too deep to remove properly and now it is back and much bigger than it was before... The specialist lled in this morning to get a auth number her ref :3212237838 and they just said declined it on the xclusion list for my medical aid? I have never heard of this exclusion list, I suppose this is all the hidden prints which we are not aware of as clients... I would like to have a copy of this list so that I can see what is all of this... I then lled in and spoke to Anuj ref :3012269378 and he said that the specialist has used the wrong codes they are for a lisia or something not sure about the spelling and a Bunyan and that he should send in a motivational letter o that the medical aid can supply them with the correct codes? Why did they not tell this to the specialist sectary when they had called in earlier. I was on the line again almost 10
