Since January i have not been feeling well, i went to the doctor in the beginning of January 2013 and my doctor send the request through to discovery do that i can go and see the surgeon specialist to take a look at my condition, Discovery send me the message on the 17/01/2013 that they are looking into it and they will contact me soon but it's a been a month now and Discovery has never come back to me, so it means that if i was on a dying bed i was going to be dead by now rite. I believe am paying and i am not getting the satisifaction of the good service that am suppose to be getting.
This is so unexceptable, i need to get an answer by the end of the day, are they allowing me to go and see the surgeon or what so that i will know if i will continue with them or cancel the service with discovery
