Waiting for cards since 2012

I added my fiance to my medical aid in November 2012.I received an email to confirm that he is on but did not since then received my new updated cards. I have been phoning discovery regularly since then just to be informed that they did send it but will do again just to give them my details again and to find that the previous person taking down my details cannot spell! And that it will take 5 working days to courier it to me and that the courier company will phone me guess they took down the wrong number as well! I am really fedup now! what if something should happen to my fiance? he has no medical card with him saying he does belong to any medical aid! I am also fedup with phoning discovery every 3 days to follow up and then just keep on hearing the same story! Can you followup on your mistakes for once? I considering it to cancel my medical aid and taking my business somewhere else! Medicalaids are expensive and we deserve better survice!!
