3 Months and claim still not paid out

September I requested Discovery health for authorization for my wife to be submitted into hospital to labor. Due date was 27 November 2012. We received an authorization number. We decided to make use of a midwife because the costs are less. I requested Discovery to please send me an estimated cost of the procedure. I have submitted the forms by email and fax. After a week I phoned but they advised me they were still processing it. After another week I phoned again, and I was advised that they received the forms and I need to re-send them. I did. Phoning again after another week, still no joy!! I never got an answer back from them. The newborn arrived on 20 November.
23 November 2012 I submit the account, phoning them after a week. The same story. They are over loaded and I need to phone back later. I did. They advised me that the account was not correctly stated. I went to the Midwifes and they phoned Discovery, correcting the codes as requested by Discovery. A week passed and now we were advised that we need a new authorization number because the baby arrived a week earlier. Got a new number, submitting the account again. Now were were advised the SAME STORY again for over 2 months
