Hospital troubles

I was admitted 31/12/2012 thru the hospital emercency department into the hospital. I pressume this would not have happend if no autohorization number was supplied. I then had 2 ops, only to find out that Discovery hold back the authorization due to paperwork missing. It took me hours on the phone getting finally the correct forms thru to Discovery. Last night the hospital informed me again that only part of the account is going to be paid, due to the fact that one procedure was not authorized. Phoning again the call centre today, they iformed me the Hospital's Case Manager must supply the correct information so that the claim can be rectified. Phoned the hospital - they informed me that everything was submitted correctlry. WHAT NOW, this has been going on for weeks, what more must I do to get this resolved?
